INVL Asset Management is looking for a new team member to join our INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund and INVL Private Equity Fund II as an Associate.

INVL Private Equity Fund II is the largest private equity fund in the Baltics, having raised €305 million as of its first closing in February 2025, and will continue the successful strategy of its predecessor, INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, which closed 2024 with net IRR of 25%.

Office location: Vilnius/Riga

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Generation of investment ideas, industry and company analysis, presentation, preparation of internal investment related materials;

• Financial modelling, company valuation, return calculation and quantitative /qualitative analysis; Project management: due diligence, investment monitoring, value creation;

• Collaboration with other teams;

• Internal reporting to key stakeholders.
  
  

We expect that you:

• University degree in Economics or other similar;

• At least 3+ years’ experience in financial analyst position, investment management, corporate finance, M&A advisory or audit;

• Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point skills. Ability to work with large data sets and automate processes will be considered advantage;

• Strong bottom-up approach;

• Excellent time management skills, ability to work simultaneously on several projects;

• Constant search for improvement and high personal reliability;

• CFA designation and natural interest in corporate activities and everything investment-related would be an advantage;

• Knowledge about capital markets and personal investment experience would be an advantage.
